A straightforward note about contact and data

The enquiry form opens your email app with a prepared message. Its contents stay in your browser until you choose to send that email. If you email research@ferrywellco.com, we receive your address and the information you include. We use it to respond to your enquiry. Our email provider processes messages as part of providing the email service.

Please do not send personal health details through this contact route.

Website use

This website does not set optional analytics or advertising cookies. The enquiry form does not submit information to the website. The hosting provider processes basic connection information, such as an IP address, to deliver the site and maintain security.

Your choices

You can ask what information you have sent us, request a correction or ask us to delete an email conversation by writing to research@ferrywellco.com. We retain limited information where a legal obligation applies.
